Tierra Negra is a Mexican-American CPG food start-up, based in Chicago, specializing in premium Mexican salsas. Our mission is to create unexpected Mexican flavors, using century old ingredients for the modern world. We offer a Dark Salsa made of dried chili peppers, natural ingredients, no preservatives, all cooked in olive oil. Our vision is to give more than just another condiment, give a cultural experience. Since our launch we've been featured on Inc. Magazine, 2025 NEXTY Award finalist in the spice and condiment category and finalist for the Albertsons Launchpad competition for global flavors and secured placement on shelves in both regional and independently owned retail stores.
