The Fiasche family been making Salumi for the better part of 100 years. Tempesta Artisan Salumi first created 'Nduja, a cured spicy spreadable salumi originally from Calabria, Italy. We continue to produce our 'Nduja, as our family has done for five generations. We are forever committed to fresh, natural ingredients. Our pork products are made with 100% Heritage Pork, raised on family farms in the Midwest. They are never given antibiotics, no artificial growth hormones or antibiotics, and are always vegetarian-fed. Our products contain no synthetically produced nitrates or nitrites, only those which are naturally occurring in sea salt. From curing, smoking, caring and aging our meat we make sure to do our craft in the way you get a natural and traditional quality product.

Tan Tan means New Beginnings. Escaping Vietnam after the fall of Saigon in 1976, Vinh and Mai sought a new beginning. Their daughter Lisa was born in an Indonesian refugee camp. Our family arrived in Oregon in 1981. In the years since, our family’s Tân Tân Cafe & Delicatessen restaurants have become local favorites and provided spaces for our family to weave a wonderful communities to share our flavors. With the support of our amazing customers, we embarked another new beginning in 2017. Our sauce lineup includes Vietnamese Hoisin Sauce, Mom's Hot Chili Sauce, Vietnamese Peanut Sauce and Vietnamese Sweet "Fish" Sauce. We are committed to keeping our sauces certified vegan and gluten-free. Our beautifully packaged products are reminiscent of our family’s heritage.
